Conditions:
- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday during working hours.
From Monday to Thursday, orders placed after 3 pm (Spanish time) will be calculated from 8 am the following day.
Orders placed at the weekend (from Friday at 3 pm) will be calculated from Monday at 8 am.
- One delivery attempt will be made by the carrier. If unsuccessful, your order will be deposited at the collection point nearest you for collection on the following days. After a few days, the order will be returned to our warehouse, generating shipping costs for the repeat processing, even if the initial order was free of charge.
- Your telephone number is required for the carrier to contact you if necessary.
- The delivery address may not be changed once the order has been confirmed.
- If you need to change any of the details, please contact pilaranton@bolsosavg.com as soon as possible to report the incident.
- Orders are processed automatically and we cannot advance or delay delivery times.
- Any customs charges that are incurred will be payable by the customer in all cases.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You may exchange or return any model purchased from our online shop within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product to be exchanged or returned must arrive at our facilities in the same condition in which it was sent, with no signs of having been used and in its full original packaging (box, protectors and labels).
EXCHANGES

- Exchanges require a new purchase operation.
Exchange procedure
1) Send us an email to pilaranton@bolsosavg.com and request your exchange, providing the following information:

Model to be replaced

2) We will let you know the steps to take to ensure we receive the product.
3) Once the goods have been received, we will check whether they comply with the conditions for their exchange and return, as stated in the previous section: "General Conditions".
4) If the exchange is accepted we will inform you by email and send the requested product.
5) If the exchange is refused we will inform you of the reasons, also by email, and make the product available to you in the same condition and packaging as we receive it so that you can order its collection.
RETURNS (TOTAL OR PARTIAL)
Conditions
- Refunds are operations that require total or partial reimbursement of the payment made.
- In the case of returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping and collection costs in all cases.
Procedure for returns (total or partial)
1) Send us an email to pilaranton@bolsosavg.com and request your exchange, providing the following information:

2) We will let you know the steps to take to ensure we receive the product.
3) Once the goods have been received, we will check whether they comply with the conditions for their exchange and return, as stated in the section of this document titled: "General Conditions".
4) If the return is accepted we will inform you by email and issue the corresponding refund by the payment method you first used. The deposit cannot be made by any other method.
The refund will cover the cost of the returned products, excluding any shipping costs included in the initial order.
5) The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method used:
Credit card: Our bank will refund the amount of the return seven days after the return confirmation email is accepted. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your credit card provider.
PayPal: You will receive the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the accepted return confirmation email.
6) If the return is rejected, we will inform you of the reasons, also be email, and make the product available to you in the same condition and packaging as we receive it, for you to order its collection.
